They often post suggestions for quick, practical action;

- Yahoo,
an enormous categorized and subcategorized directory of websites,
and a good place to begin searching or browsing.
It's a directory, where the categories are assigned by humans,
rather than an automatic search engine; this makes the classifications
quite accurate and useful.
